ooh, I found this site by that Cody guy, and it's absolutely great (link on left navigation bar thingy thing...left border thing...whatever u want to call it)! heh, I may use it just to sample music for a while...there're a few songs I've heard about, but haven't heard the actual song yet...hehe....but for now, I'm keeping "Broken" on, cause it's such a good song...I wanted to put "The Reason", but I knew Hong would've killed me....lol
so yeah.....I was just looking thru the Ikea website, and I want to get curtains!!! omg!! lol, I just want to decorate/make it.....lol.......i have this image starting to form in my head of what i kind of want it to look like...heh....i'm starting to sketch out randomness, but once i'm done, i might post it, and u guys can give me some feed back? hehe....i'm so excited!! :D:D
going to Ikea with my mom on Monday though...gotta get myself a bed (minus the matress) and i'd like a shelf, but that's optional...I kind of want a mirror as well...then my curtain stuff...need rods and rings and brackets, and if i find a good (cheap) curtain, that too..but it must kinda fit into my "design"..... but with my mom there, it's gonna be hard to get stuff I want, because she's gonna be all "you already have no money and you're wasting it on curtains and stuff that we can probably use bedsheets for" or soemthing ridiculous like that......grr........but yeah, while browsing the website, I just got this whole thought, of how I can't WAIT until I move out on my own, and buy my own place...because, since this is just a rented place, I dont' want to do too much with it, cause it'd just be a total waste in the end...but if i had my own place, i can nail stuff to the walls (pictures, shelves) and i could paint stuff and move all my furniture around...hehe! I just need to get thru school...get myself a good job....pay off some debt...:? sighsigh......seems like centuries away until I'll get out there entirely on my own......sigh...........
i'm gonna apply for this job at some youth centre on Monday (before I hit up Ikea and the other furniture stores...lol). It's not much, it's like, VERY part time...like, 8 hrs a week....but the job description interests me, and it could help in the future...who knows....but yeah, basically, like, it's a computer club, and i would plan/co-ordinate events and stuff for kinds 10-17 yrs of age, and i could help teach stuff, and i'd supervise the lab...hehe....
i'm still disappointed i didn't hear from that company that Amy helped me apply for...if i could only remember their company name.......lol.......but i still remember most of the job description! I still think it would've been perfect.......well, not PERFECT, but I thought it fit me very well....lol....
so anyway. getting injured alot lately...stupid fingers...and papercuts....grr...and everyone at work is poking me now! ARGH! when Tyrone and Emmanual walked into work today, they BOTH poked me, one after the other! and then Steph purposely walked over and poked/tickled me! GRR!!! damn u ppl ! damn u all!! STOP POKING ME!!!!!! :x lol, Steph and I think we're driving customers away, cause seriously, the last few shifts, work's been super dead!! agh! but yeah, it's prolly cause of our random singing (really loudly and badly) and running and screaming from each other wehile we throw paper towels and beans at each other...lol...it's SO funny though...we had an Irish Cream coffee bean fight...haha...there were beans every here and there...it was REALLY funny...LOL...this was on thursday i believe....
but yeah....i hate typing like this....only with my right index finger and left hand... and my thumb occasionally, but not really...it's tiring and ANNOYING! but I'm not missing TOO many keys! lol...that's why the backspace button is extra big, right? hehe :wink:
anyway, bedtime (after i dry my hair)...hopefully, this time it won't take me over an hour to fall asleep...(i went to bed at 12ish, rolled around for an hourish prolly, maybe more...then alarm went off at 5:15ish ... the finaklly got outta bed at 6 to get ready for work at 6:30...lol)
